Special Event Assistant

Enjoy your special events with the right help on your side.
A special event assistant provides practical, hands-on support during gatherings to help everything feel smooth, comfortable, and well cared for. This role focuses on the many small but essential tasks that keep a party flowing—picking up last-minute items, assisting with decorating, setting out food and drinks, refilling glasses, clearing plates, and handling dishes or cleanup throughout the event.
Their value lies in relieving the host of constant interruptions and responsibilities. With a special event assistant present, the host doesn’t need to step away from guests to manage details or tend to the space. The assistant quietly notices what needs attention, responds quickly, and helps maintain a welcoming environment so guests feel relaxed and cared for without the event feeling overly managed or formal.
By the end of the gathering, a special event assistant also helps with cleanup and resetting the space, making the experience easier from beginning to end. This support allows events to feel effortless and enjoyable, preserving the warmth and intention of the gathering while ensuring the home remains orderly and stress is kept to a minimum.
Hand off the tasks so you can stay present for the main event!
