My Approach as a Personal Nutritionist

Nutrition, to me, is about connection — to the body, to nature, and to the rhythms of daily life. I help clients build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food by focusing on real, nourishing ingredients and mindful habits that align with their individual goals and lifestyles.

My approach is holistic and personalized. I begin by understanding each person’s unique needs, preferences, and challenges, then craft realistic strategies for meal planning, balanced eating, and long-term well-being. I emphasize nourishment over restriction, as I believe that health comes from care, not control.

As a personal nutritionist, my purpose is to make wellness approachable and meaningful. Whether supporting an individual, a family, or a household, I help create simple, natural routines that restore balance, energy, and joy — turning nutrition into a daily act of self-respect.

My Experience

Personal Nutritionist

I have a B.S. in dietetics from the University of Central Arkansas.
After graduation in 2013, I began working as a wellness consultant at various places across the U.S. I worked as the “healthy eating specialist” at the largest whole foods in Houston Texas from 2014-2015. I then worked as a wellness consultant at a small compounding pharmacy in Austin, Texas from 2015-2016. I also worked as a wellness consultant at Gesundheit! Nutrition center in Bozeman, Montana through Covid. After that, I consolidated my knowledge into a 4 week nutrition challenge course that I used to help many clients change their approach to nutrition and lifestyle choices.
Here are some pictures and testimonials from my nutrition course, as well as examples of foods that I have prepared for clients.
