My Approach to Personal Assistance

As a personal assistant, my goal is to make daily life simpler, smoother, and more enjoyable for my clients. I handle the details — scheduling, errands, travel arrangements, and communications — so that the people I work with can stay focused on what matters most. Behind every well-organized life is a rhythm, and I take pride in keeping that rhythm steady and stress-free.

I adapt easily to different working styles, offering the right blend of independence and collaboration. Whether coordinating complex calendars or taking care of last-minute tasks, I bring calm efficiency and thoughtful discretion to every interaction. My clients trust that I’ll manage their needs with professionalism, reliability, and heart.

At the foundation of my personal assistant work is service — genuine, intuitive support that lightens the load for others. I see each task as part of a larger picture: helping create space for more presence, purpose, and ease in daily life.

My experience

After my experience as a personal assistant (in Maui and Austin, TX), I then became a lifestyle director for a senior independent living community in Arkansas. This is a role that requires the skills of a personal assistant, but for an entire community. This role required planning and maintaining a tight schedule of activities to keep residents entertained and connected. Some of the activities that I planned and coordinated included booking local entertainers, leading craft classes, throwing monthly birthday dinners, organizing games and show-and-tell galleries, planning and orchestrating field trips, parties, dinners, game nights, wine tastings, and more.
In the gallery below, I have included some pictures from my time in that role.
