Household Management

My Approach to Household Management
Household management, for me, is about creating balance and structure within the daily flow of a home. I approach each household as a living system — one that thrives on clear routines, gentle organization, and dependable follow-through. Whether I’m setting up schedules, managing repairs, or keeping track of inventory, my goal is to bring calm order to the moving parts of everyday life.
I work closely with families and staff to develop systems that make sense for their unique lifestyle. Every home runs differently, and I take time to understand those nuances — how people live, what rhythms they prefer, and what details make them feel at ease. This allows me to design routines that are both efficient and natural to maintain.
At its heart, household management is about care. It’s about ensuring that the spaces where people live, rest, and connect feel peaceful and functional. I take pride in supporting homes that reflect the best of their inhabitants — well-tended, welcoming, and quietly in tune.

Household management is the art of bringing rhythm, order, and calm to the moving parts of daily life.

My experience
Household management has been a foundational component of my work as a nanny, personal assistant, estate manager, Airbnb manager and farm manager. I adapt to the systems and styles that are most comfortable for the family/individual in question, while still focussing on keeping the household moving.
