My Approach to Estate Management

Estate management is, at its core, about creating a seamless flow of operations so that a home feels cared for at all times- whether its owners are present or away for the season. I take a proactive approach to property oversight, ensuring every system functions smoothly and that the home remains secure, well-maintained, and ready for arrival at a moment’s notice. From preventive maintenance to staff coordination and vendor relations, I manage each detail with precision and consistency.

When homeowners are in residence, my focus shifts toward supporting the rhythm of daily life- anticipating needs, handling logistics quietly, and maintaining a calm, organized environment where everything simply works. When they’re away, I become the eyes and hands of the property, overseeing security checks, seasonal upkeep, and preparations so the home remains in top condition year-round.

My approach blends professionalism with a sense of genuine stewardship. I treat every estate as a living space that deserves respect and thoughtful attention. By combining reliable systems with intuitive care, I help create homes that not only function beautifully but also feel grounded, welcoming, and alive- no matter who’s home.

My Experience

Estate Management Gallery

I worked for this family for 2 years, wintering in Bozeman, Montana, as I took care of this 6,500 square foot home. My first stay was 9 months, maintaining the home while the family was away. My second stay was 6 months and the work included cleaning and preparing every square inch of the home to be converted into an AirBnB rental property. I am proud of the work I did with this property and this lovely home in Bozeman will forever have a special place in my heart.
